Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the landscaping team on-site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including records of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Inspect work sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum diploma in civil work or equivalent.
- Proven experience in construction of landscaping, infrastructure, Hardscape, Softscape projects, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
